When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive between 4:00pm-4:15pm to ensure they are seated for the couple's grand entrance.

What should I wear?

Answer

Think formal. If you would like to coordinate with the place, greens and colors of the sky and nature would work well. We want guests to feel comfortable. Just please NO white!

Is the event mixed?

Answer

Yes, the event is mixed. Everyone will be all together in one same room. There is no dancing planned.

What does parking look like?

Answer

There is ample free parking space in front of the clubhouse. There are even designated parking spots for EV vehicles!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome as long as they are kept under the supervision of their parent(s).

Where is the reception located and how far is it from the airport and downtown KCMO?

Answer

The reception will take place at Meadowbrook Park Clubhouse located at 9101 Nall Avenue, Prairie Village, KS 66207. It is about a 35 minute drive from the airport (MCI) or about a 24 minute drive from the downtown KCMO area.
