On the wedding day, the groom’s baraat will begin at 3:30 PM, followed by the wedding ceremony at 4:00 PM. If you’d love to join the celebration, drums, and dancing, meet us outside the reception venue at 3:30 PM sharp - it’s going to be a high-energy, joyful start to the day! PS: The bride and her family won’t be present at the baraat, so this is a special moment to celebrate with the groom before the ceremony begins!
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honour us with a gift, a cash gift or bank transfer would be truly appreciated. [Bank account 12-3164-0576894-00 / Sonika Ramchandani]

Think elegant, vibrant, and festive! You’re welcome to wear traditional Indian or formal Western attire — whatever makes you feel your best. And don’t forget your favourite dancing shoes! The wedding ceremony is outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light layer in case it gets chilly or windy. If you'd like to coordinate: We’ll be wearing Indian formal for the Sangeet and wedding ceremony And Western formal for the reception Our wedding day colours are pastel pink, peach, and blue 🎨
We ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. We have limited space and want to ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests. Please note the event is adults-only, STRICTLY NO KIDS PLEASE.
Rydges Formosa is a beautiful venue, but do keep in mind it can get quite windy, especially during the outdoor ceremony - a light jacket or wrap is a good idea just in case! Also, the drive back from the venue can be tricky at night due to low lighting and winding roads. Please plan accordingly, carpool if possible, and drive safe. If you’d prefer to stay nearby, we recommend checking for accommodation at the venue or in the Beachlands area.
Yes — be ready to dance! Our Sangeet night on May 1st will be full of energy, music, performances, and fun. Whether you're dancing on stage or cheering from the sidelines, come ready to celebrate, move, and groove with us!
Please let us know asap so we can let our vendors know.
