Dashawn and Moesha's love story began in 2013 at the Science Leadership Academy at Beeber. Dashawn, known for his clever and smooth demeanor, made a memorable comment to Moesha during their first day of Advisory, playfully dubbing her "Bye ripped jeans." However, this wasn't their initial encounter, as Dashawn had previously offered Moesha a seat on the 21 Bus after a summer orientation. The strong-witted Moesha declined the offer, setting the stage for the unique dynamic between them. Throughout their high school years, Dashawn and Moesha became close friends, collaborating on numerous group projects that deepened their bond. As the lyrics from Lil Baby's song go, "Started out as close friends, and somehow you turned into my girlfriend," perfectly encapsulating their journey. Moesha proudly bragged to her family about Dashawn's artistic talents, cherishing their friendship. Even after high school, their connection persisted. Dashawn pursued studies at the University of the Arts, while Moesha attended West Chester University. Despite the physical distance, they maintained their friendship through late-night FaceTime sessions. The turning point came in May 2018 when, after much contemplation and heartfelt conversations, they decided to elevate their relationship to the next level. From that moment, their history unfolded, and the divine hand of God continued to bring them closer. Their union is destined for a purpose - to elevate the next generation and empower those around them. Together, Dashawn and Moesha will embark on a journey to fulfill their shared destinies, inspired by a love that had evolved from a high school friendship to a lifelong commitment.
