Fun & Games

3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Parking is across the street in the large field. Please do not park near the barn or pavilion. This is reserved for the bridal party and those who need handicap parking. Lawn games will be set up throughout the venue. Please enjoy some fun and games while the couple and bridal party are getting their portraits taken.

Grand Entrance

5:15 pm

Please seat yourselves by 5:15 p.m. in order to prepare for the grand entrance and dinner.

Dinner

5:30 pm

Dinner is not a pre-ordered meal. There will be two main options to choose from unless notes were given with the RSVP.

Toasts and Speeches

5:45 pm - 6:00 pm

During this time, the bridal party, couple, and parents will speak to the guests. Please be respectful during this time.

Dances

6:15 pm

The couples first dance, father/daughter dance, and mother/son dance. The DJ will then invite everyone else to the dance floor to celebrate.

Dessert

7:00 pm

Please enjoy some of the couple's favorite sweet treats!

End of Reception

10:00 pm

Thank you for sharing this day with us. Please drive responsibly to your hotel. Designate a DD, ask another guest for a ride, or call a taxi.
