Can I bring a plus one?

We would like to keep our guest list to those who know us well. Your formal invitation will clearly indicate how many seats we have reserved for you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Is your wedding kid friendly?

While we love your children, we have decided to make our special day adults only with the exception of close family. Thank you for making arrangements.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be located outdoors, followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. Our reception will be held indoors. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar! We will serve beer, wine, select liquor, and nonalcoholic beverages. No outside beverages are allowed.

What time will your reception end?

Our reception will end at 11:30pm. All guests will need to be out of the venue by midnight.

Are there accommodations near the venue?

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites located in Olathe. Please reserve your room using the discounted rate by September 6th, 2026. More information can be found under the "travel" tab.
