I met Lauren in 6th grade at Kendrick Middle School. She claims that when she initially tried to become my friend I wasn't receptive because I was already friends with someone else who was tall like us... However, I don't remember that lol! All I remember is meeting this warm and bubbly girl that had a heart of gold. We became close friends in middle school and continued to build on that friendship throughout our years at Riverdale High School. We even use to dress alike on "twin day" during Riverdale's homecoming week. We have literally grown up together. Lauren has been there for me throughout all of life's ups and downs. She's so much more than my best friend. God didn't give me a biological sister so he blessed me with Lauren.

I’ve been friends with Lauren since 2009. We met as freshman at the University of UGA and over the course of the next 2 years, we became like sisters and even lived together. Her wonderful sense of humor always brightened my day and still does. I have and will always cheer for Lauren. I met Lauren in college. I honestly don’t remember the exact moment we met, but I do know I adore her and we have been like sisters from the beginning. I have many fun stories I would probably get in trouble for sharing, so I won’t lol! Suffice it to say that Lauren is always the life of the party and knows how to cheer everyone up! She is kind and genuine and isn’t afraid to say things as they are. I feel blessed to call Lauren my friend, my sister, and stand beside her as she embarks on a new journey. Life is sweet!

I met Lauren at UGA during our sophomore year. She always stood out to me! Beyond her height, she was one of the most genuine and funniest people I had ever met. We both pledged Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in November 2010 and grew closer as sisters and friends. After graduating, Lauren just couldn't get rid of me and ever since we have been best friends, roommates and travel buddies!
