Ranch at Stoney Creek is a beautiful outdoor venue, so we recommend dressing with comfort in mind. Our only request is to leave white for the Bride 🤍 Please plan for uneven ground and opt for practical footwear such as wedges, boots, or flats rather than heels. Temperatures can cool down in the evening, so bringing a light jacket or layering pieces is a good idea.
Yes. We do have a campground that will accommodate up to 100 guests. The cost is $35 per person per night and includes a Continental Breakfast. You can bring your own tent and sleeping gear or bring a trailer up to 26' or a motorhome up to 30'. We do not have hookups, but there are 2 restrooms and 2 outdoor showers available for campers. If you plan to use the campground accommodations, please let us know as soon as possible and no later then August so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We love your kiddos so much! For this celebration, we’ve chosen to make it an adults-only event. If your children aren’t listed on your invitation, we hope you’ll enjoy a well-deserved night out—dancing shoes encouraged—and relax as we celebrate together. Thank you so much for understanding; it truly means a lot to us.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the property. This policy is strictly enforced. If any guest is found smoking outside of these areas, a minimum $500 fee will be deducted from the couple’s deposit.
For the safety of all guests and animals on the property, pets are not permitted at Ranch at Stoney Creek. As a working farm, the venue is home to livestock guardian dogs that are trained to protect the animals and may view unfamiliar pets as a threat. Any unapproved pet will result in a $200 fee per animal. If you have a special circumstance, please communicate with us in advance to avoid any issues.
Due to the natural terrain, accessibility may be limited in certain areas. Please reach out ahead of time if accommodations are needed.
Alcohol service will be provided by the couple and/or licensed vendors. Please do not bring outside alcohol unless specifically noted.
Yes, on-site parking is available. Please follow posted signs and staff directions when arriving. Vehicles may be left overnight if needed.
Cell service may be limited depending on your carrier. Please plan accordingly.
For everyone’s safety and convenience, we kindly encourage guests to take advantage of the prearranged transportation from the venue. Cars may be safely left overnight at the venue until 11:00am on August 23rd. If possible, we also encourage carpooling to the venue. When RSVP-ing, we kindly ask that you share where you’ll be staying and whether you plan to use the provided transportation, as this greatly helps with coordination.
Vegetarian options will be available. If you’re vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary needs or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure everyone is happy, comfortable, and well-fed!
