Accommodations- Cabins at Camp Mataponi
We hope that all our guests will stay in the cabins at Camp Mataponi. These summer camp cabins are very simple and rustic. There are over 30 cabins at camp- most have bunkbeds and can sleep up to 10 people, while others have private rooms with full or queen beds. All cabins have bathrooms with showers, fans, bedding, and not much else. You may want to consider packing layers for warm days and cold nights, a bathing suit, toiletries, extra pillows or blankets, an instrument for Friday's jam, and extra snacks or drinks for your cabin. When booking and paying for a space in a cabin, food for the weekend, bedding, and camp recreation activities will be included. To reserve a space in a cabin, complete go to the RSVP tab. How to get there...
Driving will be the best way to get to Camp Mataponi. You will be able to drive into camp on Friday to move in, can park in the lot nearby, and then will not need your car again until you leave on Sunday. For those flying in, the closest airports to Camp Mataponi are the Portland Jetport (45 minutes away), Manchester Airport (2 hours away) and Boston Logan Airport (2.5 hours away). There are rental cars available at all airports, although you will not need a car once you arrive at camp. We may be able to help arrange carpools for people flying in on Friday afternoon and leaving on Sunday morning.
