The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the newlyweds will be taking photos nearby for about an hour. Guests can head to the reception hall, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

There will not be any additional pre-planned wedding events.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

We will not be holding a rehersal dinner.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Turn north from Cypress Cover Road onto Campestres. Turn right onto Bridal Veil and the parking lot for Hayes Hollow will be the second driveway on the left. Please kindly reserve the front row of parking for our older guests.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Ample on-site parking is available. Please reserve closer parking spaces for guests with mobility issues.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We politely ask that any little ones making noise during the ceremony be taken into the reception hall to allow for an uninterrupted ceremony. A room in the reception hall will be available for childcare needs.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, plus ones are welcome as long as they are included in the RSVP. If a plus one was not accounted for in the RSVP a plus one will not be able to attend with you.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Due to the limited amount of on-site accommodations family will be given priority. Several local hotels have been included on the Travel tab.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is September 1, 2026. The RSVP must include all parties that will be attending, including plus ones. Admittance to the event is dependent on having a completed RSVP, the venue has strict rules that if you do not submit a RSVP you will not be able to attend.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, they are wheelchair accessible. Please be aware that the ceremony site is outdoors and has a gavel path for walking. Please allow additional time for guests with mobility issues to be seated safely.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be holding a cocktail hour with an open bar. There will be a selection of wine, beer and our signature beverage. No outside alcohol is permitted at the venue, please do not bring anything with you.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, buffet style barbecue will be provided for dinner. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate any special dietary restrictions so please plan accordingly.
