Whats the parking situation?

Answer

We have access to the large parking lot across the street from the venue so please use it! The parking lot closes at 11 so the venue also has 30 spots for overnight parking if you need it. Please contact us if you plan on parking there so we can plan accordingly! The venue is also easily accessible by Uber and Lyft!

Answer

We have a hotel block reserved at W Minneapolis - The Foshay. The link to book in the hotel block will be listed below! Whats the bar situation?

Answer

There will be an open bar all night with beer, wine, seltzers, ciders, and signature cocktails along with a few non-alcoholic pop options! Please thank and tip your bartenders!!!

Whats the dress code?

Answer

We suggest/request cocktail attire but really, just anything you are comfortable in! Go ahead and go as fancy as you like! We would love to see you all dressed up with us! (just please leave the jeans and white dresses at home :)

Do I need to plan for the weather?

Answer

All events will be held indoors at Semple Mansion! There is also a coat check at the venue so you will not have to carry your jacket with you all night :) It may get snowy (you never know with Minnesota) so just make sure you don't freeze on your way to and from the venue. There is an elevator if you need it as well!

What are those silly doodles on your invites?

Answer

Mo drew those! They're all our favorite things. You'll see the doodles around the venue as well :)

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue has a "no kids under 12" policy with the exception of the bride and groom's family. Unless they are mentioned on the invite or the RSVP page, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can come celebrate with us!

What if I want to get you something thats not on the registry?

Answer

We trust your taste and judgement....hesitantly ;). Just skim what's on the registry to make sure we don't end up with 40 sets of flatware and duplicates of things we don't need. We also love thoughtful and handmade gifts! Hard to register for those though :)

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

Megan always stresses about this when picking out what to wear to a wedding :) The bridesmaids will be wearing very very dark purple, so if you stay away from that you're golden! (basically the color of this font)

Your wedding is the day before hunting opener.....

Answer

Please keep in mind that you can hunt any other day of the season, every year, but our wedding is only one day of one year. We'd love to have you there with us so please try to plan accordingly!
