When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by April 1st, 2026, so we may finalize our guest list and share accurate details with our vendors. We truly appreciate your timely response and look forward to celebrating together.

What to Wear to Celebrate With Us

Answer

Elegant cocktail attire is kindly requested. We’d love for our guests to join us in dressing up for the occasion think cocktail dresses, floor-length dress, or your sharpest suit and tie. Lively, warm-weather hues are encouraged to reflect the spirit of the day. We do kindly ask that you avoid jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, and any shades of white, cream, champagne, or green and blue to allow the wedding party to shine.

Indoor or Outdoor wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors under, weather permitting. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be held in a covered outdoor space that gently flows into the indoor venue. The evening will transition into the reception in the ballroom, where we’ll celebrate with dinner and dancing.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to venue capacity, we are only able to welcome those named on your invitation and RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and support.

What time should I arrive/parking details?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to allow ample time for parking in the venue’s attached lot and to be comfortably seated before the ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM.

Taking photos allowed?

Answer

We’re so excited to share our beautiful venue and thoughtfully designed decor with you please feel free to take photos before the ceremony and throughout the reception. When the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM we ask you to put phones away. Also ask that you pause on photography and let our professional photographer capture first dances and other special moments. Rest assured, we’ll be sure to share all the stunning photos with you soon after!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please don’t hesitate to let us know we’ll be sure to pass the information along to our caterer/venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes—little ones are welcome! That said, we completely understand and support your decision if you’d prefer to make it a night out just for the grown-ups. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration in whatever way feels best for your family. Just a little heads-up: as the night goes on, the dance floor may not stay Disney-approved and the drinks will definitely be flowing so you may want to plan for kiddos to head home earlier if that feels best.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar available for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. While we hope you’ll raise a glass and celebrate with us, we kindly ask that everyone drinks responsibly. The venue is in an area where ride shares like Uber are easily accessible, so please don’t hesitate to use them if needed, we want everyone to get home safely!
