FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:45 PM and 4:00 PM to give everyone adequate time to find seating before the ceremony begins.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Right here on our website! On the far right tab of our website on a computer (or the 3 bar setting button in the top right of your phone screen) you can follow the instructions to RSVP.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2025 at the latest.

Question

What is the Attire?

Answer

We ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire for our wedding. For women, the venue is grass/stone with the indoor reception on wooden floors, so chunky heels are recommended! If you are looking for color options, anything pastel or bright is great! The bridesmaids will be in a pastel blue and the groom/groomsmen will be in navy suits.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We ask that you please refer to your invite, as each guest invited will be listed on your invitation.

Question

What hotels are available for out-of-town guests?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, on our website's "Travel" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

Question

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographers will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Question

What transportation options are there to the venue?

Answer

For guests staying at the hotels with room blocks, we have coordinated with a coach bus service to transport guests to and from the wedding with three alternate departure times from the wedding. There is a parking lot at the Everlee for you to park your car if you choose to drive! We ask that ALL guests be safe with driving, especially given our open bar at the wedding.
