Piedmont Triad International Airport is approximately 15 minutes from downtown High Point and is very easy and convenient for all wedding festivities! There are multiple direct flights daily to-and-from Dallas, Atlanta, New York, Washington D.C., Denver, Orlando and Charlotte (not to mention, flights anywhere in the world connecting in Atlanta and Charlotte)
Flight
Charlotte is a great option for guests looking for multiple direct flight options from airports all over the country! The airport is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from High Point, so we recommend renting a car or taking a ride share with other guests.
Flight
Like Charlotte, RDU is about 1 hour and 20 minutes from High Point. It's a great option for guests looking for a direct flight and greater optionality than GSO. If you fly into RDU, we recommend renting a car for the weekend or taking a ride share with other guests!
Train
The Amtrak is lots of fun if you're traveling from nearby or want to do something a little bit different! High Point received it's name for being the "highest point" on the railroad between Greensboro and Charlotte (c. 1859) and the train station is conveniently located downtown!
