What Time Should I Arrive?

Wedding Day: Saturday, September 20th, 2025, at 5:00 PM MST. Guests are expected to arrive ahead of the ceremony to ensure a smooth and timely start. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.

When and Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 5:00 PM MST at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco Resort. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place on the sand.

When and Where is the Reception?

The reception is set to begin at 7 PM MST, right after the ceremony and cocktail hour. It will be held at the Sea of Cortez Terrace at Pueblo Bonito Blanco Resort.

Where do I sit?

For the ceremony, we kindly request that the first row be left unseated as it will be reserved for immediate family only. For the reception, please refer to the seating chart to find your assigned seat/table.

Every event has its own style of attire. To assist you with your outfit choices, we will provide picture references in the Attire Gallery section, making your decisions as effortless and enjoyable as possible. * Please note that the ceremony will take place on the sand.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, you will need a passport to travel internationally. Please ensure all of your documentation is current.

Is there Uber in Cabo?

Answer

Yes! You can use Uber anywhere and at any time while in Cabo. Please note that you will need to provide your room number or last name when entering the resort, as this information is required for the driver to be allowed to drop you off at the front entrance. You can also use Uber to take you to the airport when checking out.

What is the airport I should be flying into?

How far is the airport from the resort?

The airport is approximately 40 minutes away from the resort.

Does the resort offer transportation to and from the airport?

In the travel section of our website, you will find a link to discounted rates for transportation to and from the airport. You can choose either round-trip or one-way. When booking, please include "Lema/Ricca Wedding" in the notes section.

Does Mexico take US Dollars?

Answer

Yes, they do take US Dollars (USD), but it is our recommendation to do either one of two options: 1) Pay for everything using a credit card. Credit cards offer the best exchange rates from Mexican Pesos to USD. If you have the option, always choose to pay in Pesos. Please also make sure that your credit card does not charge any international fees. 2) Exchange USD cash for Pesos at the resort. In our experience, the resort provided the best exchange rate.

If your invitation has been marked with a guest, then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What if I booked my stay without using the promo code?

If you did not use the link provided in the travel section or include our promo code RICCA25 when booking your stay, don't worry! Just let us know your reservation number, and we will notify the hotel so you can receive your discount at checkout.

Are we staying in Cabo San Lucas or San Jose Del Cabo?

We are staying in Cabo San Lucas. Fun fact: Cabo is called Los Cabos because there are, in fact, two Cabos!
