Question

Are there any COVID-19 related requirements?

Answer

We ask that everyone attending be fully vaccinated prior to the wedding. If that isn’t possible please have a negative COVID test at least two days prior or we ask that you wear a mask while attending. Thank you for keeping our family and friends safe and healthy!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

A month prior. If we do not receive your RSVP prior to September 17th then you will be assumed as not attending. If you do not plan on attending please still RSVP as “Not Attending” so we can plan ahead please and thank you!

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, we need an accurate number of guests and we need to know how much of each food needs to be made. If you don’t RSVP you will be assumed as not attending.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

30-45 minutes prior to 4pm EST. Tardiness will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave if the ceremony has already started.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Classy and comfortable. Typical wedding attire rules: no jeans and tshirts, no wedding dresses or the like, and nothing you’d wear to the gym, etc. The theme is dark and natural. The wedding party will be in dark grey, green, and black. Please avoid matching the wedding party. Take this as an opportunity to get all dressed up and fancy if you’d like!! I can’t wait to see all you beautiful people!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are allowing requests but cannot guarantee that you will be allotted a plus one due to a maximum guest count. We apologize in advance if you aren’t allotted a guest.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Sure. Be sure to let me know you will be bringing them when you RSVP. Please keep in mind that this is still an adult party and there will be drinking, dancing, and loud music.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. Just let me know ahead of time please.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking at the venue.

Why do I need a designated driver?

Answer

In short, to keep yourself safe. If you choose to drink at the reception party, please have someone to drive you home sober. The venue is far from West Palm Beach so a rideshare could be costly but that would be up to you. We do not condone driving under the influence nor will we allow it. Thank you for your consideration. Please note that local authorities will be monitoring the roads in and out of the venue.
