When Should I RSVP By?

The RSVP deadline is April 1, 2026 and will also be included on your invitation!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by the deadline (April 1, 2026), you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank You!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation.

We would love to have everyone but this is an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. Enjoy a night off!

Is There A dress Code For The Wedding?

Yes, I only ask that you wear your Sunday Best as I want everyone to look nice but be comfortable!

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

We ask that you refrain wearing colors reserved for the bride. That includes creams, ivories and whites!

What Is The Parking Situation?

Answer

At 'The Caldwell Wedding Chapel' (Ceremony), there is a parking lot available! At 'The Caldwell Inn' (Reception), to keep the driveway free for vendors, we ask that you park in the 'First Baptist Church' or the 'Regions Bank' parking lot!

What Time Should I Arrive At The Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 PM. Please plan to arrive between 2:30-2:45 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find a seat and settle in.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!

Will there be alcohol served at the wedding?

Answer

No, there will not be alcohol served at the wedding. We kindly ask that everyone respect our wishes. Outside alcohol is prohibited and you will be asked to leave if these boundaries are crossed. In lieu of alcohol, there will be multiple non-alcoholic drink options served during our reception.
