Llegó el día que estaba anticipando. Un día lleno de alegría y paz. Moses me llevó a cenar en un restaurante romántico. Entre las montañas de Dahlonega, GA. Nos sentaron junto a la chimenea, un lugar perfecto. El calor de la chimenea alcanzaba mi corazón. Sentía mis cachetes colorados al estar en un ambiente lindo con la persona que amo tanto. Mientras cenábamos se nos acercaba la noche pero el sol seguía brillando entre las nubes. Mi Padre Celestial me pintó un dibujo tan bello en los cielos. El cielo era un azul celeste y las nubes con toques de rosado y morado. Le doy gracias a mi Dios por permitirme disfrutar la belleza de su creación y la hermosura de su hijo, “Mochi.” Mientras cenábamos noté que Moses se ponía nervioso. Entre más nervioso se ponía más se me alegraba mi corazón, sabía que en cualquier momento llegaba la pregunta que he estado esperando. Al terminar la cena, salimos a pasear afuera. Busco un lugar fuera de todas distracciones. Me dijo unas palabras que solo él, yo y Dios sabemos. Se arrodilló y me pidió la mano. Claro que si Mochi, estoy dispuesta en pasar el resto de mi vida y servirle a Dios contigo. I love you.

What began as a “I wanna get to know you” soon turned into a love story. Her relationship with God and passion on serving the Lord was something that initially caught my attention and also her beauty. During our time getting to know each other she never made me feel less than or different cause of my past. During our time in dating we have been able to learn how to love each other on a deeper level, companionship, work as a team and help each other grow in areas. We kept praying to God to help us in our relationship and allowed him to lead us and have him in the center of our relationship the more we walked together the more our love grew for one another. On the day of the proposal I took her to Montaluce for a “date” but it was to propose to her. My nervousness would make me smile every time I would look at her. Our dinner was romantic the sky was beautiful with the sun setting I couldn’t have asked for anything better. When we finished our dinner we walked outside for a bit and found a secluded area and with my heart beating fast but with her smiling it calmed me down and I proposed to her and she said “ Yes!” We want to continue this journey hand in hand with God leading our way, serving in church with each other and being able to accomplish our goals together with God’s Help.
