Taking it back to freshman year of high school... Jared was 14 years old and spent his time longboarding or attending all the latest social activities. As most of us know, Selena was busy working on college prep at the age of 15 and had no interest attending social festivities. There was logistically no space Jared and Selena would connect, but God had much different plans. During 6th period, Jared's best friend Austin happened to share the same algebra class with Selena. Austin happened to have a cute best friend that loved to skip his 6th period math class and hang out with him in algebra. Red flags were flying: Skipping class, social butterfly, and a baseball player. God's grace and mercy shines through every step of this love story without a doubt. 7 years later, finished nursing school, fire/paramedic school, a few graduations later, purchased a home, started our careers, and now here we are tying the knot!
