Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Seating will commence one hour prior to the ceremony start time. We are kindly asking that all guest arrive forty-five minutes to one hour before the ceremony is set to begin.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking is available. Also, handicap parking is available.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Please, no jeans and t-shirts!

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes!! An RSVP is absolutely MANDATORY. This is our method of guaranteeing sufficient seating and meals for each one of our guests. You may only RSVP for the alotted number of guests listed on your invitation. You will not be able to fill in a name for a guest who was not invited personally by the bride and groom.

May I still attend the ceremony or reception if I have not RSVP'D?

Answer

Regretfully, NO unless the guests who RSVP'D didn't show by the time the ceremony starts.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly request that all RSVPs be made through our website (RSVP tab). You will be prompted to type in your name and further directions will be provided from there. Follow along until you receive your confirmation. If any issues or confusion is encountered, the bride and wedding planner may be contacted to confirm an RSVP.

When should I RSVP by?

Please be sure to RSVP by April 23, 2022.

What should I do in the event that I/We cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If prior to the wedding, notify either the bride, the groom, or the wedding planner as soon as your plans change and you can no longer attend the wedding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is a time for adults to relax and celebrate our new union, there will be an open bar and adult music. For this reason, only children of the bridal party and immediate family members are invited. Please enjoy the night out!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although it would be nice to have someone to accompany you to our event, we are on a strict guest count. Only those listed on your invite will be able to RSVP and attend. We hope you understand. Anyone not invited or that does not RSVP by deadline will be turned away at the door.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels after the ceremony. PLEASE DON'T GO LIVE. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #FINALLYCONKRITES so we can keep track of all your pictures.

What safety measures are being put in place due to COVID-19?

Answer

Although we are elated to celebrate this moment with all of our loved ones, the safety of our guests and staff is our number one priority. With that being said, please STAY HOME if you begin to exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been exposed to anyone carrying the virus. Sanitizing stations will be set up at different corners of the venue. Masks will not be required, but we fully understand everyone's comfort levels may vary. With that being said, please feel free to wear your masks and social distance if you so choose. Your preferences will be respected.
