Is the hotel rates at Intercontinental much cheaper than the others in SF?

Answer

For the neighborhood and surrounding areas of San Francisco, the rates are much lower than a lot of other hotels.

What is the rate for a hotel room at the Intercontinental Hotel?

Answer

With our special rate it is $209.00 for a standard room for Thursday and Friday night.

Your reception is hours later after your ceremony. Is it okay just to attend the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

Although we would love for everyone to spend the whole day with us, we understand that it will be a long night. If you find yourself unable to attend the dinner cruise, please respond or decline with a RSVP on this website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 12:00 pm . It is highly suggested that you arrive 15 minutes early to account for traffic and security.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and reception is semi formal. We are asking our guest to wear black and dress warm for the dinner cruise. Some ideas that we like for the dinner cruise is fur, sequence, lace, and black on black.

Can I bring a date?

Yes! You are welcome to bring a plus one. Please note your plus one on the RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! We have three kids ourselves! MyMy and Melly love the kiddos!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Transportation will be provide from the hotel to the dinner cruise and back. We are recommending that our guests arrange an Uber or Lyft to attend the ceremony at the city hall. If you are in need of a Uber or Lyft please let’s us know and we will make arrangements for you. We HIGHLY suggest you plan your parking and transportation route before hand if you are coming to San Francisco Friday morning.

Is there a deadline to book the hotel rooms?

Answer

Yes! The deadline to book at hotel room is June 1st 2023.

Is there valet or hotel parking?

Answer

Yes. All of our guest will get the benefit of having discounted valet parking at the rate of $45 dollars a night (regularly $85).
