When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 24th, 2025 on our RSVP page of this website.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, attire is semi-formal. No jeans, please.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 2:00 PM at St. Andrew the Apostle church in Chandler, Arizona. Please plan accordingly to be in your seat prior to 2:00.

What time and where is the reception?
Answer
The reception will begin at 5:00PM at Ocotillo Golf Club in Chandler, Arizona. Cocktail hour will run until 6:00PM, at which time guests will be seated for dinner.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If your invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception as adults-only events with the exception of the flower girls. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Should you have any allergies, please communicate this to us at the time you RSVP. Special requests will not be able to be accommodated day-of.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of open parking at both the Church and the Golf Club. However, we ask that if you will be consuming alcohol, you plan on having a DD or taking an Uber to the event.

What airport should I fly into?

Phoenix Sky Harbor, which is less than 30 minutes from our venues.

Is there a hotel block?

Yes! We have reserved rooms at Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Chandler - see our Travel page.

What's the weather link this time of year?
Answer
December in Arizona is typically sunny, with highs in the high 60's and lows in the mid 40's. We suggest even our mid-western friends and family bring jackets as it does get chilly at night!
