Not at all—do whatever works best for you! The hotel block is just where we’ll be staying, where the night-before fun will happen, and where the shuttle will pick up and drop off for the wedding. But if you’ve got points, perks, Airbnb gift cards, or another spot you love—go for it! As long as you make it to Vegas, we’re happy.
October in Vegas is one of the best times to visit! Expect warm days and cooler evenings. Average daytime temps are in the mid-70s to low 80s, and it can dip into the 60s at night. It’s dry, with little to no humidity—so bring layers, sunscreen, and something cozy for the evening if you’ll be out late.

As much fun as that would be, we have our best friend Tannar ordaining the wedding! Tannar went to high school with Cody and was roommates with Alyssa all through college. She’s actually the reason for this wedding, so we think she’s much more qualified than Elvis in our opinion!
