When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP online by October 10, 2025. Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by this date we will not have a seat for you at our ceremony or reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is black-tie optional. We would love to see everyone get dressed up with us! - Ladies: Formal attire is appropriate (long dresses/fancy cocktail dresses/dressy jumpsuits preferred). - Gentlemen: Black tie is appropriate (tuxedos/dark suits and ties preferred).

If the room block says it is full can I still get a room?

Answer

Please contact the bride or groom if you are unable to book a room in our block. The hotel will be able to add more rooms if needed.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Complimentary valet and self-park will be provided by the venue. Overnight guests will be charged a fee for the hotel garage.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:00 PM, on the 20th floor. Guests will be able to access the ballroom 30 minutes before; please plan to arrive no later than 3:50 PM. There is plenty of seating in the hotel lobby for early-arriving guests!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

A cocktail hour with appetizers and drinks will be provided between the ceremony and reception. Dinner will be a plated meal with a choice of chicken, steak, or vegetarian.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture the best pictures, which we will share with you. Feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like once the ceremony ends!

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar. We encourage you to stay overnight at our venue or utilize Uber/Lyft.
