Hunter and Erika met in middle school; they went to Greencastle Middle and High School together. They were very close in 8th grade, but grew apart in high school. It wasn't until the end of their Freshman year of college when the two were reconnected. A friend of Erika's invited her to one of the fraternities at DePauw University and to her surprise, Hunter pulled into Erika's driveway to take them to his fraternity, Phi Delta Theta. That's all she wrote; from that night on the two were inseparable.

Hunter proposed to Erika at the Amphitrite Point Lighthouse on the Wild Pacific Trail's Lighthouse Loop in Ucluelet, British Columbia, Canada. She had no idea it was going to happen; he had her clueless in Ucluelet!! They were on vacation visiting Erika's Grandad and Gwen, who were there to capture this special moment for the couple. It might not have been Tybee Island’s lighthouse like Hunter originally planned, but God had a better plan for their proposal; they couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day!

The wedding will be held at 3 Fat Labs Wedding & Event Barn, located in Greencastle, Indiana. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 in the afternoon on Saturday, November 9th, 2019. The couple is excited to celebrate this next chapter of their lives with you. See you all in November!
