When is the RSVP deadline?

Our RSVP deadline is 2.20.23. Please RSVP on the website under "RSVP."

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope you are able to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What happens I do not RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP by the date provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you can understand.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see you dress up with us! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Cocktail attire is a balance between formal and comfortable.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Evanelle Vineyards. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be a combination of both outdoors and indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Family and friends will be guided to cocktail hour. During this time, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby. In the meantime, guests can find their table, mingle and enjoy cocktails and appetizers before dinner.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Between the high 60s to 70s. The weather tends to fluctuate during this time of Spring! We encourage you to bring a sweater/jacket just in case.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to avoid delays and disruptions. Please take travel time and locating the venue into account.

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be a security guard that will be assisting with parking. The parking space is directly in front of the venue.

May I take a centerpiece home?

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, of course! Our only request is to use our wedding hashtag #HappilyEbnerAfter so we can keep track of all of your photos!

Is the venue location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes.

Do you have hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes. We blocked rooms at two hotels: Hyatt Place Fresno and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fresno Northwest-Herndon. Don't forget to use discount codes. Please click under "Hotel" to book.
