When do i need to RSVP?

Your RSVP is required by the 31st of August so that details can be confirmed with all vendors.

Is the Ceremony & Reception held at the same venue?
Answer
All celebrations will be held at the same venue - Wallalong House.

How do i get to the venue?
Answer
We will be providing a bus service to collect guests who wish to be transported to/from the venue. We encourage you to stay within the below suburbs which allows for an easy pick up/drop off - Morpeth, Raworth, Maitland. East Maitland, and Rutherford. If you would like to drive the venue's address is 76 Wallalong road, Wallalong. There is ample parking available on site. Please follow the signage once entering the property. Parking on the grass is not permitted.

Where should i stay for the weekend?
Answer
As mentioned, in the suburbs of Morpeth, Maitland, East Maitland, or Rutherford would be suitable. For Hotels/Motels below are some close options. There are also a number of Airbnb options for those that want to stay in a group. What should i wear?

We kindly ask guests to wear formal attire for our special day. For men this means suits (tie optional) and for women floor length dresses, a pantsuit, or a fancy cocktail dress.

Whilst we love your little ones our wedding will be adults only apart from some immediate family members.

Where should I bring/send my wedding gift?

Whilst we do not expect gifts and your presence is more than enough, there will be a wishing well on the day if you wish to contribute.

Whilst we love your enthusiasm, please wait until the end of the weekend before posting anything. This gives us the opportunity to share our day's experience first, before then reminiscing in all your beautiful posts.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Whilst in November, the reception is held undercover but outdoors and it may be cool in the evening. The area averages temperatures between 12-26 degrees.
