Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside (if weather permits). Dinner and the reception will take place outside under a covered pavilion.

Are there any room blocks reserved?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Treasure Island Resort & Casino. Please book your stay by July 8th to guarantee a room in our block. Mention the Williams/Bair wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate of $189 / night.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from any hotels?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle service between Treasure Island and Legacy Hill Farm. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be shuttles leaving at 3:15 and 4:00 pm. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel at 10:30 and 11:15 pm.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is free on-site parking. Vehicles are unable to be left on the property overnight.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Any length dresses, ties are optional.

Are children and/or plus ones allowed?

Answer

We'd love to host everyone, but due to space restrictions, we can only accommodate guests officially listed on the invitation.
