Our Story

Sammi and Mitchell met in Louisville, KY in 2017, where Sammi had her Grad school internship and Mitchell had his first job after college. After grad school, Sammi got her first job in NYC and Mitchell followed shortly after. After around 2 years experiencing NYC, they moved to Charlotte, NC (after a short pit stop in Columbia, SC) to be closer to family and Dale Hollow Lake. Mitchell proposed to Sammi in Lebanon, IN at his family's farm on September 12th, 2020 with both sets of parents, family, and friends surrounding them. Sammi and Mitchell are getting married in Sammi's hometown of Pinehurst, NC on August 21st, 2021. We cannot wait!
