Is there a welcome party?

Yes!! And you are all invited! The welcome party will take place at Oakleaf on 310 E Main Street, Carrboro, NC on Friday, October 11 from 8pm-10pm. We hope to see you there!

Answer
Please carpool, when possible! There is street parking only, so come early or be prepared to take a short walk. PLEASE PARK ONLY ALONG THE SIDEWALK, and be careful not to block any driveways. Leah’s parents are generously hosting us at their home, and we want to be kind and respectful to their neighbors, as well.

This is an outdoor wedding, so please dress appropriately for the wedding. According to the Farmer’s Almanac, the day will be sunny and clear, with highs in the 70s and lows in the 60s. Please keep an eye on the forecast and send good vibes for a beautiful fall day :) For those planning on wearing heels, we recommend block heels or flats to keep yourself comfy and safe in the backyard- especially if it has rained recently!
