Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, the reception to follow in be inside with an outside courtyard for cocktail hour.

Am I invited to the Rehearsal Dinner?

Answer

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those that received an invite included in their wedding invitation. We apologize in advance to those that are not included.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes. Please check the "Travel" tab on our website. It will take you to our link for the block of rooms.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is April 29. 2024. You do not need to mail back your RSVP, but instead make sure to RSVP via our website on the "RSVP" tab.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar, along with some very special guests…Beverage Burros!

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Dinner will be provided by Mountain Crust, a local wood fire Pizza Truck. Dinner will include all you can eat pizza accompanied by a salad. Additionally, there will be dessert including wood fired chocolate chip cookies, cake, and bundt cakes!

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

There will be vegetarian options available.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

You are not required to take the shuttle, but we will have a couple of shuttles taking people to and from the venue. Please note that our venue DOES NOT allow any cars to remain OVERNIGHT. Please make sure to let us know when you RSVP if you are planning to take the shuttle so that we can get an accurate number for the company.
