Yes! You will have a two hour gap between the ceremony (3:30-4pm) and the cocktail hour (starting at 6pm), please feel free to go back to your hotel to freshen up if you'd like.
Ceremony: parking lot address at 48 Meeting Street, the church itself is at 61 Church Street. Reception: Guests will have to pay for parking (valet is for in-house guests only). Guests can park in either the Queen Street Garage (right next door to Mills House) or the Cumberland Street Garage. Those two are the closest, they are only $2 an hour and are both county owned/opened to the public. The Cumberland Street Garage, 1.5 blocks away, and 5 or 6 stories tall - so there is always ample parking spots especially on the weekends.
