These rates are based on availability and are only valid on standard room types. The booking process is all done online. Please use the Discount Link provided below, select the dates of your stay, choose "Special Rates" and add Corporate Account number: 0003331779 There are also many Airbnb/VRBO options in East Aurora & the surrounding area. Guests staying outside of the reserved hotel are still welcome to use the provided shuttle transportation. PLEASE NOTE: The shuttle will be available to take guests from the hotel to the venue starting at 2:00 PM. Shuttles will be available after the reception to take guests either back to the hotel or to the after party.
