The owners of Gerry Ranch & our photographer kindly request that guests not arrive earlier than 4:00 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We recommend that you arrive between 4:00 - 4:15 pm to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Answer

Cocktail attire. Ladies: Opt for a tea-length, knee-length, or midi dress. We recommend wedge/ chunk heels or flats, as we will be on grass. Please bring a sweater or jacket for when the sun goes down. Gentlemen: Suit and tie, or sports coat preferred.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The wedding venue is an outdoor ranch surrounded by beautiful orchards, greenery, and trees. It is a June wedding, so please keep in mind and monitor the weather as it may be gloomy or cooler in the evening. Average weather in Santa Rosa Valley/ Camarillo in June is 71-75º.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be signs pointing you in the direction of the guest parking lot from both Gerry Road and Rosita Road. Guests are able to leave their cars overnight at the wedding venue, Gerry Ranch. Guests must pick up their cars the following day, Saturday, 6/18/22 by 11 am at the latest. Should you plan to use a Ride Share/Uber/Lyft, please plan accordingly in order to get back to your hotel or home safely!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Thank you for understanding.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, May 13th, or as soon as possible, online. Look for the "RSVP" link above.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by clicking on the "RSVP" link above.

Question

May I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer who will be capturing the moment, and ask that all guests refrain from using their phones / cameras in order to be present and enjoy the special moment with us. You are more than welcome to take and share photos on social media during our cocktail hour and reception! We can't wait to party with you all.

Question

May I take a centerpiece or flowers home from my table?

Answer

As much as we would love to share the beautiful florals with our guests, the vases/centerpiece decor are rentals from our florists. Please do not take any home with you as we will be charged extra fees for loss or damages.
