Q. How do we prepare for the occasion?

Answer

Ladies: A dress, formal romper, or jumpsuit all work for a semi- formal. Feel free to include prints, fun colors, and even tasteful cut-outs in your dresses for airflow. If you choose to wear a beachy dress, consider it a midi or maxi length to avoid looking too casual. Anything but the color white. Dressy sandals, chunky heels, and wedges are all welcomed footwear options. Remember we will be outside in the warm sunshine! Gentleman: A solid color classic button-down shirt, either short or long- sleeve, and tucked in. Pair that with a belt and dress pants. And lastly, a jacket is not required, though you may bring one or a breathable sport coat. Shoes can be a little more casual.

Q. How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

By this time, you should have secured transportation in advance with Just Book It Travel Destination Weddings. If you have not, please email info@justbookittravel.com to get this arranged. The cost is $70 per guest (min 2 people) - $140 for solo travelers. All guests will receive very detailed travel instructions within 7-10 days prior to travel. These instructions will confirm each guests' arrival and departure times, and include instructions on how to locate the transportation provider upon arrival as well as pickup times from the resort. Group transportation is private/nonstop and will only include guests of Deana and Mitch's Wedding. Please read the instructions email in detail and reply to info@justbookittravel.com with any questions PRIOR to travel.

Q. What time is my Check-in ?

Answer

Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Rooms are not available until then. If you arrive before 3:00 PM and your room is not ready, you can enjoy all the facilities (beach, pools, gym, spa, and restaurants) The hotel team will let you know when your room is ready. We suggest guests travel with beach clothes in their carry-on bags. The resort will also store your luggage while waiting for the room to be ready.

Q. What to pack?

Answer

Here is a general idea of what to pack. Daily highs are in the upper 80s and lows are in the lower 70s. The average humidity level is 74%. November is just after the rainy season so Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding towns should be lush and green! -Passport. -Outfit and shoes that you will wear to the wedding. -Swimsuit(s). -Flip flops / sandals. -Outfits for lounging around the beach and resort. -Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunblock. -Mosquito protection. -Shampoo & Body wash (The hotel has some if you forget) -Skin care -Personal medications and sanitary items.

Q. What if I need to make changes to my reservation?

Answer

Since we are beyond the final payment deadline, the ability to get a refund/credit depends on whether you have travel insurance and what kind of change you need to make. Additionally, room rates may be different now since our pre-negotiated room rates were only secured through June 26th, 2023. Q. What is the cancellation policy?

Answer

The $50 deposit is non-refundable. We strongly recommend that each guest purchase Trip Protection from any trusted supplier. Final balances are due June 26, 2023. All rooms and room nights are non-refundable following June 26, 2023 and any applicable refunds must be requested from your travel protection supplier. Example 1: Guest pays balance in full prior to June 26, 2023 and cancels prior to June 26, 2023. The $50 deposit is non-refundable. All other partial payments will be refunded. (Guests with travel protection insurance are refunded the $50 per guest deposit.). Example 2. Guest pays balance in full prior to June 26, 2023 and cancels following June 26, 2023. Q. Can I confirm my bedding selection (one king or two queens) in advance?

Answer

All bedding requests are sent to the resort in advance. However, bedding and rooms are assigned at check-in and are not guaranteed by Just Book It Travel.

Q. Do I need to have my passport for the trip?

Answer

Passports are required at the time of travel. You should have physical possession of an unexpired PASSPORT BOOK by this time. If you do not, we advise that you work to get your passport expedited via reaching out to your local congressman that specializes in passports or making an immediate appointment with your state's passport office. Q. Can I use all the amenities?

Answer

One side of the resort is Secrets and the other side is Dreams Bahia Mita. Dreams is a family-friendly resort brand that caters more to that vibe. If you are a Dreams guest you can only dine at the Dreams restaurants, whereas if you book at Secrets then you can dine at all restaurants. There are two different room classes, regular and preferred. The Preferred Club is a luxurious upgrade. The Preferred Club provides you access to the preferred club lounge, upgraded liquor, and a private rooftop bar with an infinity pool. All guests will have no trouble attending the wedding regardless of room class.

Q. Are there any travel restrictions for departure and/or return?
