Our dress code is Black Tie Garden Party, we would love for everyone to get dressed up to the nines to celebrate our special day. We ask that men wear a tuxedo/ dinner jacket and that women wear an either floor or tea length dress. This is a chance to get full glam (and yes please wear colour!) Please note that our Ceremony and Reception spaces will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings, including lawn for the ceremony and cocktail hour, ladies who are worried about heels, a block heel may be better to avoid sinking in the grass. We cannot say this enough! Walcha weather can be a little crazy! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE pack with you a layer for a cold day. Yes we know it’s November, but please trust us when we say it can be unexpectedly and randomly cold, come prepared. If you have any questions regarding the dress code, please reach out to Chloe
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully enjoy the day. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! If you are breastfeeding a little one, please reach out to Chloe, she has a plan!
We can’t predict the weather, however the locals will know, Walcha weather can be extremely unpredictable. Just ask anyone in attendance at Chloe’s younger sisters 21st, which was also in November. It was 10 degrees. We mean it when we say it can get cold. We of course are hoping for a beautiful warm day, however to avoid freezing, please pack for all scenarios.
Yes! We have arranged for buses to and from our Wedding Venue- see our travel page for further details.
Please RSVP by the 22nd of September 2025, on this very website- visit our RSVP section.
For those travelling from far away, you have a few options for travel. You can drive ( for the best route you can reach out to Chloe and Mitchell) If you’re choosing to fly please note you will need a hire car to get from the closest airports.
We are asking that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You’ll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
For those opting not to use the bus, Yes! There will be spots marked out for parking.
Please arrive at Orandumbie around 3:30pm for a 4pm ceremony time. This will give you plenty of time for parking and getting ready before the bride makes her grand entrance.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for and we are so excited to celebrate with you! Should you wish to honour us with a gift, we have a registry with a few suggestions which can be found here https://thankfulregistry.com/thecrockers
