It’s Time to Party!

Obviously we were cheering for the Buckeyes... and at a bar! Threes on High will always hold a special place in our hearts ;) We met and our chemistry was undeniable. After being friends for almost a year (and Covid turned everyone's world upside down) our paths crossed again in July 2020. We started talking one night and never stopped... literally! Our first year was spent long distance, but thanks to covid and working (schooling) from home, we were able to spend many long weekends together before finally ending up back in Columbus together and the rest is history!

Almost exactly 3 years after our first date, Mitchell decided to pop the question... much to Calli's surprise! Mitchell made sure to keep it as big a secret from me as he could. I had no idea he had even thought about going ring shopping, let alone already had one! A few weeks prior to the big day, he told me his family wanted some family photos and that I was going to be in some of them. He somehow got me into a white dress without being suspicious and off we headed to OSU's campus. As we walked up to mirror lake, I had ZERO idea what was about to happen. The next thing I knew, he stopped me in my tracks and said the words every girl wants to hear... "So I'm sorry your nails are yellow right now" (but actually). We both blacked out what he said next, but in the happiest way. A pretty ring was on my hand and the BIGGEST smile on my face!
