Shuttle Bus
To make your evening as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, we are providing a complimentary shuttle bus for our guests. Due to very limited parking at Willow Tree Estate and minimal taxi services in Pokolbin, we strongly recommend using the shuttle service.
The shuttle will collect guests from The Rydges Resort (Lovedale), Cypress Lakes (Pokolbin) and The Mercure at Hunter Valley Gardens (Pokolbin) between 3:45pm-4:30pm in time for our Cocktail Hour!
After the reception, the shuttle will be taking guests back to their accomodation between 10:30pm-11:00pm.
To ensure we book the appropriate number of seats, please let us know via your RSVP if you will be using the shuttle.
