Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

There are 2 airports both within an hour and a half drive from the venue. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Bradley International Airport in Connecticut (BDL). Boston is recommended as it has more flights/transportation options.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

There is no direct public transportation that would take you from Boston to the venue, so renting a car is recommended. The venue has a parking lot that can accommodate up to 50 cars. And although there is no public transportation directly to the venue, the drive is along a scenic byway that should be gorgeous in the fall :) There is public transportation from the airport to Worcester, MA which is about 20 miles from the venue, and where most of the hotels will be located. Guests would need to take the Silver Line from the airport to South Station (free inbound), then take the Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rain Line to Worcester (last stop, $12.25 one way). Guests would then have to Uber/Lyft or take a taxi from Union Station in Worcester to their hotel. You can contact Ashlee or Mitchell directly for any public transportation questions.

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

We will be hosting an open bar until a pre-set amount has been reached. From there, the bar will then switch to a cash bar. Guests can expect to have a few drinks on us! The bar takes debit or credit card (as well as tabs), but suggests bringing cash to avoid any long lines. There is no ATM at the Estate.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We request guests wear semi-formal attire. Fall in New England is the best time of year, so guests are encouraged to wear fall colors, but it is not required.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to RSVP by October 1, 2025 so we can provide our venue with a final headcount. Any missing responses after this date will be considered Declines, and you will be missed.

What will the weather look like in November?

Answer

On average, the high is around 48 degrees with a low of 27 degrees. Layers are recommended.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoors & outdoors, with the reception being fully inside.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm. Plan to arrive between 3:30-3:45 pm so you can find your seat and get settled in.
