What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15-30 mins early.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place in a garden chapel with a retractable roof, which may be open or closed depending on the weather. The reception will be held indoors, with access to a two-level terrace that guests can enjoy throughout the evening, including during cocktail hour. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Whistle Bear Golf Club.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when submitting your RSVP, there is a section to include any dietary restrictions.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. You are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight and pick it up in the morning.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
