Join us for a fun evening at a favorite local bar! Snacks will be provided, but you should eat dinner before coming. This amazing local spot has everything from board games to a foosball table so drop in when you want and leave when you’re ready.

Reception

Semi-Casual- The reception will be in one of the pastures on the ranch. We encourage you to wear something that you're comfortable in and practical shoes are the strongest recommendation. There will be a mechanical bull at the reception so we encourage you all to dress accordingly!
If you have anything specific that you want to eat or drink please feel free to bring it! Food and alcohol will also be provided. We encourage you to be parking at 5:15pm as there is a slight walk from the parking location to the reception area. Guests are welcome to camp on the ranch after the reception, but will need to provide their own tents. There is a very strict no open flame policy (including no smoking), but portable restrooms and water will be available. Schedule: 5:30pm-6:30pm Optional Country Swing/Line Dance Lesson 5:30pm Mechanical Bull and Bars Open 6:00pm Bride and Groom Enter and First Dance 6:00pm Food Trucks Begin Service
Post Reception Shuttle
7:00 pm - 11:15 pm

We will have a shuttle to help get you safely back to town after the reception. This shuttle will pick up at the ranch and drop off at the Marriott we suggested. If you’re staying elsewhere you should be able to easily catch a ride share from that location.
Camping at the Ranch

Tents only unless you have discussed and cleared another option with Taylor. There will also be a very strict NO OPEN FLAME POLICY for camping. We ask that all guests be packed up and off the ranch by 9:30 AM on Sunday, August 14th so that we can get the ranch cleaned up and back in working order.
