What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Guests will be able to arrive between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before the reception begins; showing up late will interrupt the ceremony.

Will this event take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

This event will be completely outdoors. The reception is in the early evening to avoid the heat but please be prepared to be outdoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While we can't predict the future weather for the location of the event, on average that time of year is between 70-80 and significantly cooler in the evening. In the rare event that it does rain, BRING AN UMBRELLA the show will go on in true Washington fashion!

What kind of food will be served at the Recpetion?

Answer

Our favorite local restaurant Double Barrel BBQ will be serving BBQ pulled chicken, BBQ pulled pork, mac n cheese, baked beans, caesar salad and dinner rolls. For beverages we will have lemonade, sweet tea and water.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Will there be a bar?

Answer

There will be no alcohol served at the wedding. You can bring your own alcohol but please do not drink out of branded containers such as beer cans or bottles. Please put it in a cup or at a minimum please use a coozy to cover branding.

Summer formal🌻 We ask that you wear your best summer formal attire for the ceremony.

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Anyone who is willing to share their photos to our wedding album is encouraged to take pictures and videos as well as share their edits. If you do capture any beautiful moments at our wedding please send them to our email wedding.info.082424@gmail.com.

Yes, your kids are accounted for and welcomed!

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be more than enough parking for all guests. The parking entrance will be clearly marked and will lead you to park near the small red/white ticket booth building, which is near the gated fence.
