Mitch and Maya met in the summer of 2022, shortly after Maya graduated from college and returned home to the Madison area. She was in a bags league (corn hole for those of you that don't know the term) with one of her long time friends, Kyrsten, at Dave's White Rock bar. Here is where mutual friends introduced the couple. Mitch proceeded to spend his summer attempting to get Maya to go out on a date with him. When she finally said yes, they chose to eat dinner at Red Robin, where they happened to run into the owner of White Rock, Dave.. And the rest is history!
