Low Hall is tucked away in the North West of the Lake District, just south of Cockermouth. It’s not too far from Crummock Water and Buttermere.
Your guess is as good as ours.. with it being April you may need your wellies and sunglasses! We are hoping for sunshine and to enjoy the outdoors, but the inside is equally as beautiful. So come prepared!
We have a wonderful photographer and videographer duo, who will be documenting the day for us. We ask kindly you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony and post anything on social media until we have ourselves. Otherwise, we’d love for you to share any snaps of the day via our QR code.
There is ample parking at our venue
We aim to have the ceremony outdoors in the lovely gardens of Low Hall, but we know what the Cumbrian weather can be like! If the weather turns on us, the ceremony will take place inside the Library, but we will have all fingers crossed that the ceremony will go ahead outside.
The easiest way is to follow the A66 from Penrith to Cockermouth. When you reach Cockermouth, turn left onto the A5086 at the roundabout and take the first left. There will be a sign for Low Hall on your right immediately before a set of trees about a mile after the turn. Most navigation apps take you straight to the door, so use the address below to help you get there: Low Hall, Blindbothel, Nr Lorton, CA13 0RE
