The closest airport to Sorrento is Naples. From Naples there are different way to get to Sorrento. By ferry, by bus or private taxi. The bus and the private taxi are the recommended.

TRAVEL FROM NAPLES TO SORRENTO BY BUS

From Naples airport they can arrange a private car/van take the CURRERI bus - it cost 10€ per person and it takes, according to the traffic, 1 hours to get to Sorrento. The bus stop at the Sorrento station. If all your guests are staying at the Hilton, the walk with the luggage can be tiring and it will take 15/20 minutes walk. Please note the it is possible to consider to take the cab/taxi from the station in Sorrento to the Hilton but be prepared that are VERY expensive - they can ask also 30€ for a very short ride.

TRAVEL FROM NAPLES TO SORRENTO BY FERRY

The fastest route to Sorrento from Naples is by ferry (approx. 40 min. boat ride). A one-way adult ticket is 13.10 EUR and the boat dock is Napoli (Molo Beverello). You can purchase your tickets at the boat dock and the ferries depart approximately every 2 hrs up until around 5 PM. Sorrento is also accessible by train from Naples (approx. 1 hr. and 15 mins.)
