When is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM sharp. The reception will end at 11:00 PM. Please plan to arrive a little early to settle in! Additional details regarding transportation are available below.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Sanctuary Golf Course. Address: 7549 North Daniels Park Road, Sedalia, Colorado 80135

Is there transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! We will be providing transportation to and from the venue for our guests staying at our room block in the Kimpton Claret Hotel. Stay tuned for an update regarding the departure time to the venue. Buses will leave the venue following the grand exit at 11:00 PM. If you would like to take advantage of this transportation, please RSVP to secure your spot. Free valet parking is also available at the venue.

We have a room block at the beautiful Kimpton Claret Hotel. Address: 6985 E. Chenango Avenue, Denver, CO 80237 Please book all rooms prior to August 10 to take advantage of the room block rates. You may mention our wedding or use the link at the bottom of the "Travel" page to reserve your room. We are hoping to have a welcome party at the hotel beginning at 8:00 PM on Friday, September 12, 2025. More details to come.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only celebration.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal attire. Gentlemen, please wear a suit with a tie and ladies, please wear a formal dress, formal cocktail dress, or formal pant suit.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will take place on the covered outdoor pavilion with the stunning Colorado scenery as our backdrop. Heaters will be available should the need arise.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named or listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, they will be listed by name or noted on your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

Have fun! We’re so excited to celebrate with you. This is the one time where all of our favorite people will be under the same roof. So, let’s eat, drink, dance, and make amazing memories together!
