Our Story

2013 - Mitch and Devon take their first “trip” together to visit Logan and Elliott in Muncie. 2014: Mitch and Devon reserve an attic in the early days of Airbnb in Portland. 2014 - Mitch and Devon miss the first couple days of senior year to visit Alex in Boulder, Colorado. 2015 - Mitch and Devon visit Billy and Evan Winiger in San Diego. 2016: While Devon is living in Pittsburgh, Mitch makes the 7 hour roundtrip on weekends multiple times. 2018: Mitch and Devon hike Yellowstone together and stay in the same lodge as Ernest Hemingway. A stranger gives them bear spray. 2021: Mitch and Devon visit Olympia National Park together and live in a van for a week! 2021: Devon surprises Mitch for his 30th birthday with a trip to Cancun & Isla Mujeres. 2022: Devon and Mitch get their first apartment together. December 2022 - Mitch proposes to Devon on a negative degree night at the annual "Melon" party.
