What should I wear?

Semi-Formal Attire: Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

YES! Due to hill country roads and minimal Uber/Lyft options, we have booked multiple 35+ person shuttle buses to transport guests to and from the Villa. Buses will depart from SpringHill Suites at 3:45 PM so be sure to plan accordingly. Buses will arrive at the venue at 4:15 PM. Buses will only make one round trip!

If I am not staying at the primary hotel, can I still take the shuttle bus?

Where should I stay if the primary hotel block has run out?

Answer

There are a number of other AirBnB/Hotel options within a 1/2 mile radius of Springhill Suites by Marriott, Cedar Park. Make sure to hop over to Springhill Suites to catch the shuttle by 3:45!

Can I bring my kiddos?

Answer

While we love your kiddos dearly, please note this is an Adult-Only celebration. We hope you see this as an opportunity to have a date night on us!

Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate additional guests that aren't noted on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Will the celebrations take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Dinner and reception will be inside.

May I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. After the ceremony we welcome any and all photos and we promise to share the professional photos with everyone who attends!

Please use the QR code on your invitation or click the 'RSVP' tab of our website. Enter your last name. Follow prompts to complete RSVPs! Please RSVP by Friday, January 20th.
