When do I have to RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than June 16. After this date, we cannot guarantee you a seat at the event.

Where should guests stay?
Answer
Wedding guests will receive up to a 20% discount for booking and staying directly at Solitude Mountain Resort. Please use the booking link on the travel page—it has a promo embedded and no code is needed!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
While the mountains are cooler than the valley, garden attire is recommended to stay comfortable. Think breathable fabrics, light colors, floral prints, flowing dresses, and comfortable shoes. There will be grass so be careful if you choose to wear heels!

Will this event be indoors or outdoors?

This event will have both indoor and outdoor elements, weather permitting.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Solitude in July usually sees highs in the upper 70s and lows in the 50s. Please remember sunblock, hats, jackets, and anything else you might need to stay comfortable at a high altitude in the summer.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 4 PM so we ask guests to be seated 15 minutes before.

What is the phone policy?

Our ceremony will be completely unplugged. Please do not record videos of the ceremony or take pictures on your phone—we want you to be present and we've hired professionals to capture these moments for us!

Can I bring additional guests?
Answer
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we ask that only the guests listed on the invitation attend. When you RSVP, you can confirm who you are responding for.
