Continental breakfast was a bit lacking, but was okay. Beds are very firm, but the room itself was nice. Almost every person there had a dog. It's nice that the place is pet friendly, but it was a little noisy. Overall, we will stay again if we are in the area. It was a decent price.

The best part was meeting Stanley when we checked in. He has exceeded what we call " customer service". I've observed how he interact with the guests. I was treated with such kindness and genuine service. I've observed him doing the same to other guests. He welcomes the guests with such joy. What we need for 2024 is a "Stanley", that sheds so much sunshine and kindness. Stanley represents what Hilton is all about - "The Conrad Hilton Excellence Award".
