What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Please pack cocktail & semi formal outfit for our wedding day. Bright and festive colors are encouraged. We will be on the sand for the ceremony and flooring for the reception. Please note casual or resort wear are strongly discouraged. Check out some ideas! https://pin.it/55ki3T16h

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Most of our wedding festivities will be outdoors, with the exception of dinner which will be indoors with AC!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Please prepare for the hot climate and Mexican sun, as it will be in the high 80s/low 90s.

What should I pack?

Answer

Recommend items: biodegradable sunblock (must for the parks-they will throw your sunscreen away!), water shoes, waterproof phone case or sling bag. Xcaret rooms are equipped with: totes, umbrellas, slippers/robes, razors/shaving cream, all oral hygiene supplies, shampoo/conditioners/ body wash, and sewing kits. There is also various shops if you forget something.

How do I make reservations for the parks and restaurants?

In the coming weeks, Yellow Umbrella will email the HXM guest form. Here you will indicate all of your reservation desires. If you are curious now or need help feel free to text me and I can guide you through the process.

Will you plan anything for us?

Answer

We will be sending out an itinerary for the weekend. Please feel free to treat all activities we plan as optional. We only ask that you attend the welcome cocktail hour and the wedding day festivities.
