What is the last day to book my room?

Answer

Please book your room before 10/28/25. After that date Hotel Xcaret Mexico will be dropping the remaining rooms from our room block.

Will Benny be there?

Answer

Unfortunately, Benny will stay home so Mom and Dad can honeymoon after the wedding.

Which Airport is best to fly into?

Answer

We recommend Cancun (CUN) but Tulum is also an option. Hotel Xcaret will provide transportation from both airports. Please notify Yellow Umbrella with your flight details. If traveling to CUN, please make your way to the Xcaret lounge (T4) at the airport and grab a drink while you wait for your shuttle. OR look for a Xcaret employee in a pink shirt to show you to the shuttle (T3).

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Most of our wedding festivities will be outdoors, with the exception of dinner which will be indoors with AC!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Please prepare for the hot climate and Mexican sun, as it will be in the high 80s/low 90s.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or children?

Answer

Although we’d love to have your significant other/child at our wedding, we have limited space for our reception venue. We respectfully ask that only those invited attend the ceremony and reception, but your family is welcome to attend the trip! Please note that childcare options are available at the resort for the wedding day.
